Scope and legal basis

BAW! operates a Philippine project marketplace. We process personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission guidance.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact details, profile information, skills, project and application details, messages, verification submissions, business details, device and security logs, and information you provide in reports or support requests.

Quick Raket live location

Precise location is collected only when an assigned Quick Raket worker actively enables live-location sharing in the app and grants device permission. While the task is in an active delivery state, BAW! stores the latest latitude, longitude, accuracy, and update time so the assigned task poster can coordinate that task.

The public task feed never includes live location. Location sharing stops when the worker turns it off, submits completion proof, cancels the task, or the task otherwise leaves active delivery. At that point, the precise coordinates are cleared from the active task record. We do not use Quick Raket live location for advertising or tracking workers outside an active task.

How we use and share data

We use information to create and secure accounts, match people with projects, operate communications, verify credentials, prevent fraud, resolve reports or disputes, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We share only the information needed with task participants, authorized BAW! staff, service providers acting under safeguards, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can decline or stop Quick Raket live-location sharing without losing access to other BAW! features. Device-level location controls are managed in your browser or operating-system settings. You may contact BAW! to exercise applicable data-protection rights or ask questions about this notice.
