Terms of service
Clear rules for project work.
Effective date: September 7, 2026
Using BAW!
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use BAW! lawfully. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian consent where legally permitted.
Marketplace role
BAW! provides tools to discover, post, communicate about, and document project work. Unless we expressly state otherwise, BAW! is not the employer, contractor, agent, insurer, or guarantor of any user. Project owners and workers remain responsible for their agreements, compliance, safety, taxes, permits, and payments.
Trust and safety
Do not post illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or infringing content. Do not misuse another person’s identity, credentials, or contact information. We may investigate reports, request information, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect users and the service.
Projects, content, and disputes
Keep project scope, compensation, qualifications, and schedules clear. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting BAW! the limited rights needed to operate and protect the service. Raise concerns through the reporting tools promptly; BAW! may review available information but does not guarantee a particular dispute outcome.
Availability and liability
We work to keep BAW! available and secure, but provide it on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by Philippine law, BAW! is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from independent user conduct, project outcomes, or third-party services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. For questions or concerns, use the in-app reporting channel and select a system issue.
